At Norlys Energy Trading A/S, we ensure energy is traded efficiently, reliably, and responsibly. Our compliance department plays a key role in making that happen — and now we’re looking for a new colleague to join us in Aalborg. As our new Compliance Officer, you’ll work closely with departments across the company to ensure we stay aligned with both legislation and our internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain GDPR governance frameworks and handle related operational tasks.
• Conduct 2nd-line control of IT security issues such as NIS2, "Lov om styrket beredskab", algorithmic trading, and more.
• Drive and maintain training and awareness programs, including the development and follow-up, to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance requirements across the organization.
• Take part in the daily operations of the Compliance team, handling cases and answering compliance-related questions.
