Anders Bauditz
Anders Bauditz is Chief Executive Officer of Norlys Energy Trading, where he leads the company’s international growth and client-focused energy solutions across rapidly evolving markets in Europe, the US, and APAC. With extensive leadership experience in energy trading and origination, Anders previously held senior roles at Centrica Energy Trading, including Director of Origination and Country Manager. He holds an MBA in Strategy & Management from Henley Business School and a Master’s in Management Accounting & Information Systems from Aalborg University.

Ole Ibsen
Ole Ibsen is Chief Financial Officer at Norlys Energy Trading, where he has led the company’s financial strategy and operations since 2021. With more than two decades of senior leadership experience, Ole has held CFO and other senior leadership roles across the energy, technology and pharmaceutical sectors, including Centrica Energy Trading, Sonion and Orifarm.
He holds two Master’s from Aarhus University and brings expertise in corporate finance, business strategy, risk management and organizational leadership.
