Have you met... Aske?
From economics to IT, Aske’s journey shows that detours can lead to the right path. At NET, he’s found the freedom, trust, and responsibility to grow – and a place where his passion for computers and networks finally clicked.

Aske Jepsen
IT Apprentice
Aske never imagined he’d end up in IT. Back in high school, he didn’t even know jobs like this existed, and his first steps were into economics. But what looked like detours turned out to be stepping stones, leading him to an IT apprenticeship at NET – a place where his passion for computers and networks finally clicked.
“When I discovered IT and NET, everything clicked. It’s amazing to combine my interest in computers and networks with such a forward-thinking company,” he says.
From day one, he’s been trusted to take ownership and learn through experience. For Aske, that trust and inclusion are what set NET apart. Here, you’re encouraged to make mistakes, share knowledge, and keep developing – all in a culture that values freedom and responsibility.
Looking back, he doesn’t see his detours as wasted time, but as part of the journey. And his advice to others is simple:
“Don’t be afraid to take detours or try new things. Every experience helps you grow. There’s room for everyone – no matter how you got here.”
