Mathilde began as a student worker in back office, but a casual chat over coffee led her to compliance and today she’s a full-time officer with ambitions to make her mark on the field.
“I really enjoyed my time in back office, but in compliance I get to work more directly with legislation and challenges that fit my academic background and career ambitions,”
she explains.
Joining during a time of change gave her the chance to take responsibility early, and after finishing her studies, the transition into a full-time role felt natural.
What she values most is the trust and flexibility she’s experienced at NET – and the chance to grow by seizing opportunities along the way.
