We are searching for an experienced energy professional to join Norlys Energy Trading – a Danish fast growing, ambitious company located in North Denmark.

We are eager to find a colleague who has a relevant network within the energy industry in Germany, brilliant communication and negotiation skills and a reliable character.
You will be supported by a very experienced team of +175 professionals, who will equip you to successfully approach energy customers, skilfully identifying their needs and working with them on win-win deal structures and delivering all required transactions.

Our new team member is able to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in parallel and very good at spotting new business opportunities proactively.

Part of what we do is purchasing electricity directly from various asset owners and providing large industrial customers and energy suppliers with energy solutions.

Origination seeks business opportunities across European markets and, working closely with our trading department, we mitigate risk by creating solutions that realise the business potential of our customers. We provide our customers with route-to-market services and products enabling them to grow their business and we act as NET’s single interface to the market.

The Origination team focuses on and manages contracts with:

• Utilities
• Large industrial energy consumers
• Electricity generators
• Flexible renewable asset investors
• Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
• Asset-backed transactions and other non-standard product and services that leverage our trading set up and capabilities
• Corporate PPA's - interconnection between renewable electricity generators and large industrial customers
