Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to handle large-scale weather and forecast data.
Support researchers with tools and infrastructure to model complex energy systems.
Collaborate with ML engineers and quants to turn data into actionable insights.
Ensure systems are robust, maintainable, and production-ready.
Leverage cloud platforms (like Azure) for optimal performance and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science – or equivalent industry experience
Proficiency in Python and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code
Familiarity with Python extension languages (e.g. C++, Rust)
Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure
Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Bonus points for:

Experience with scientific Python tools (Pandas, Xarray, Dask, Zarr…)

Knowledge of web development (TypeScript, React…)
