Student Assistant: Energy Research Lab

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of data analytics dashboards (e.g., prepare plotting functions, perform analysis of raw data).
  • Perform literature research for specific topics as needed.
  • Develop tools for model verification.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge resources, including guides, onboarding materials, and process documentation.
  • Assist with tasks related to the optimization of energy storage.

Job Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • A proactive approach, always asking questions to fully understand processes.
  • Expectation that the student will work in the office for 8-12 hours/week on average.
  • Flexibility to take on tasks according to team priorities.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Current student with an educational background in Mathematics/Economics, Energy Engineering, or a related field (preferably in 5th to 8th semester).
  • A curious and eager-to-learn attitude, constantly looking for ways to improve.
  • Good programming skills (preferably Python) and good optimization skills are desirable.
