As part of our dynamic Intraday Analytics team in Aalborg or Aarhus, you’ll be building and testing trading strategies, decoding market dynamics, and collaborating closely with traders and quants. This is a high-responsibility, high-learning opportunity for someone who wants to make an immediate impact in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement in-house trading strategies for the intraday power market
Analyze complex datasets and market movements to generate actionable insights
Act as a bridge between quantitative research and trading execution
Continuously improve models based on market feedback and performance
Create and monitor PnL based on strategy outcomes

This is a hands-on role where your code can turn into real trades, fast. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and even more eager to build.

Job Requirements

Advanced degree in finance, statistics, data science, physics, or similar
2+ years of experience in power trading (student or full-time)
Strong programming skills in Python, R, MATLAB, or similar
Skilled in data analysis and statistical modeling
Fluent in English
Collaborative mindset with a strong can-do attitude
Comfortable with taking ownership and working under pressure
