Trade Analyst - Energy Markets

Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyze trade opportunities across continental and global energy markets
Develop models, tools, and analytical frameworks to support trading decisions
Conduct market research and present actionable strategies
Collaborate closely with traders and other analysts to share knowledge and refine approaches
Ensure alignment with regulatory and internal risk controls
Communicate insights clearly and effectively across teams

Requirements

Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in energy trading, particularly Fundamental Trading
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Solid understanding of European and global energy markets
Experience with advanced trading tools and software
Leadership or mentorship experience in a trading environment is a plus
