Key Responsibilities

Ensure efficient daily trade operations, while actively enhancing and optimizing trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
Identify opportunities for optimization and expansion by monitoring trade flows and market trends.
Work closely with internal teams to strategize market entries and product launches.
Enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks through participation in cross-functional projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties, exchanges, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in energy markets or a related industry, with a keen understanding of trade operations and market dynamics.
Knowledge of renewable energy markets and products is highly desirable.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
