A new chapter on the waterfront

In the summer of 2025, Norlys Energy Trading moved into its new headquarters on the waterfront in Aalborg. Just a short distance from our previous location – but symbolically, it marks a new chapter.

A space designed for connection

From here, we overlook the water, the city and each other. The surroundings reflect how we work: open, connected and collaborative. The space is designed to support both professional interaction and personal connection – creating an environment where people thrive.

Since moving in, we’ve welcomed colleagues, customers and friends of the house through our doors. From a Family Open House, where employees could share the new space with those closest to them, to a joint housewarming with Norlys, where we explored each other’s workspaces and strengthened the bonds with those we share an address with. We’ve also hosted external guests – partners, clients and collaborators – who help shape our journey and contribute to the energy ecosystem we’re part of.

More than a workplace

And we’re only getting started. Our new headquarters is more than a workplace – it’s a platform for future events, collaboration and community. Some will reach outward, others will bring us closer together.

This space isn’t just where we begin our day. It reflects who we are, how we think, and how we work – together.
