The team you’ll be joining

The Trading Back Office team ensures high data quality across trades, fees, settlements, and invoicing, supporting reliable reporting and timely follow-up. The team works cross-functionally with traders, risk, finance, ETRM, and external counterparties, playing an important role in the implementation of new products and markets. You will join a detail-oriented and commercially aware team with a strong focus on automation, where ownership and continuous improvement are part of the daily work.

Your role

As a Back Office Analyst, your primary responsibility is to ensure that trades and related financial flows are accurately controlled, matched, and settled. You will be a key link between trading activity and financial processes, helping to ensure that everything adds up and discrepancies are identified and resolved.

The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of new markets and products, where your structured approach and ability to spot patterns will be essential. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and have the chance to influence how processes are improved and automated over time.

Key responsibilities

  • In this role, you will take ownership of core Back Office processes and contribute to the reliability and scalability of our trading operations:
  • Implement new markets and support the operational setup of new products  
  • Control trades and associated fees to ensure accuracy and completeness  
  • Match settlements and invoices, ensuring consistency across systems and counterparties  
  • Investigate and resolve mismatches, following issues through until they are fully clarified  
  • Identify patterns in data and contribute to creating structure and improvements in processes

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in getting things right. You are motivated by understanding how systems and processes work, and you are not afraid to challenge inconsistencies when you see them.

Must-have qualifications:

  • Danish language skills  
  • Willingness to become an expert user of both internally developed and third-party software  
  • Strong discipline and persistence in investigating and resolving mismatches  Ability to identify patterns and create structure around them  
  • Confidence to speak up when you disagree or see issues  
  • A can-do attitude with positive energy
