Client Success Manager, Client Solutions
About the role
We are looking for a Client Success Manager who can ensure stable, accurate and efficient handling of our clients’ data and operational processes. You will be a key player in onboarding new clients, setting up systems and coordinating across the organization.
The role requires strong structure, a sense of ownership and the ability to collaborate broadly, as well as a desire to explore new digital opportunities, including how AI can streamline manual processes.
Your primary responsibilities
Onboarding and data management
- Import and quality-assure data sets (metering data and master data from wind turbines, solar PV, etc.)
- Ensure correct configuration in internal systems for new clients
- Coordinate and make sure all parties deliver and receive the required data on time
Operational tasks
- Ensure that all processes are followed and completed
- Work closely with Sales, Trading, Settlement and other internal teams
Cross-functional responsibilities
- Clarify uncertainties, obtain answers and make sure nothing falls between the cracks
- Contribute to continuous improvements of procedures and collaboration flows
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual administration
Who you are
You thrive with structure and responsibility, and you know how to drive processes safely to the finish line. You are good at working in detail without losing the bigger picture, and you are curious about how technology can support smarter ways of working.
You will also have dedicated software developers who can help you build solutions, as long as you can explain what you need.
We need a colleague in our team of six who enjoys working with structure, data and systems, and who takes responsibility for getting processes safely across the line. If you like working in detail, keeping track of many dependencies and at the same time being curious about smarter solutions, you will fit in perfectly here with us.
