About the role
You will lead and develop NET’s Gas Spot Trading team, driving commercial performance in short-term markets and ensuring smooth operational execution across European hubs. The role combines people leadership, trading oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, and plays an active part in shaping the direction of the Physical Gas business.
What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Gas Spot Trading team.
- Drive the spot gas trading activities and support daily commercial decisions.
- Ensure high-quality operational execution, including nominations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive a data-driven and highly automated transformation enabling faster and informed decisions in gas spot trading
- Maintain strong risk, compliance, and process discipline.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across Analytics, Risk, Portfolio Management, and Operations.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and support ongoing improvements to tools, workflows, and trading practices.

What you bring
- Experience leading or mentoring traders or commercial teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to perform under time pressure.
- Experience with HFT execution algos
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create alignment across teams.
