Key responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and data to develop and optimize trading strategies.
- Execute trades across power, gas, and emissions markets, maximizing profitability.
- Monitor and manage risks associated with fast-moving trading activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key market participants and stakeholders.
- Provide detailed market insights and reports to support decision-making.

Job requirements
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in energy trading, with a focus on Fundamental Trading.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-stakes environment.
Desirable qualifications
- A track record of profitable proprietary trading with own mandate.
- A thorough understanding of continental and global energy markets and their drivers.
- An ability to analyze, build, and present trading ideas and strategies to maximize future results.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role within trading teams.
- Familiarity with advanced trading tools and software solutions.
