Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable applications that interface with energy markets
- Work closely with traders and domain experts to understand business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in internal and third-party applications
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging tech to ensure scalability

What we’re looking for
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or similar
- Experience building software as a developer
- A proactive mindset with the ability to drive tasks independently
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate across teams
Bonus points for experience with
- Python and/or C# (.NET)
- Web-based UI for data insights (e.g. Dash, Flask)
- ASP.NET Core web APIs
- Azure SQL and cloud platforms
- Message brokers or event streams
- Energy sector knowledge
- Cloud-native development
