Do you want to work on software that directly supports commercial decision-making? Are you motivated by building robust systems that must be reliable in daily operation?
If so, you might be a great fit for our Pricing team.
The role
You will work on backend services that enable pricing and risk evaluation across our commercial and client-facing activities. Your key responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining core system components used in daily pricing operations
- Developing secure, well-structured APIs with clear authentication, authorization, and audit trails
- Contributing to the gradual transition from a more centralized setup towards a microservice-based architecture, with a focus on scalability, deployability, and testability
- Improving system performance and observability, and contributing to operational support through a shared on-call setup within normal working hours
- Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing to maintain high and consistent code quality
Our pricing systems support how Norlys Energy Trading operates today and scales tomorrow. We are looking for someone who takes end-to-end ownership of the software they build, works with modern engineering practices, and values operational excellence.
